Redirect your anger towards those who set the standard.
Every body is a good body.
I’ve noticed that several people have reblogged this image with comments along the lines of “I’m sorry but both these bodies are extremely unhealthy”. These people are missing the point.
The truth is, you cannot discover all the details of somebody’s health just by looking at them. You can’t look at the two people in this photo and know whether or not they are healthy, why they are the size they are and whether it was at all under their control, what their diet is like and how often they exercise, whether they are in the process of losing or gaining weight or whether they have been this size for some time, how they feel about their bodies, whether their size is causing their bodies to be unhealthy or whether ill-health has caused them to be this size. You just do not know. It’s none of your business, anyway.
Whether people are healthy or unhealthy, they deserve respect. Nobody should have to hide their body just because others, in their ignorance, deem it to be unhealthy or unpleasant.
If you judge these two people for not fitting into society’s very narrow standard of what is healthy and attractive (and therefore suitable to be seen), you are entirely missing the point of this picture.

Eww…that’s a word to use to express this.
sums up our society perfectly.
